Face to face consultations
My nutrition clinic takes places in Elmwood Medical Practice, one of Corks busiest medical centers. www.elmwood.ie
All sessions last 1 hour and the cost is €80.
Follow up support
My follow up support package is a unique bonus offered to my clients. All my clients who carry out a nutrition consultation with me or on Skype ask for ongoing support and motivation. They feel great having made the changes I suggest, better than they have felt in years, yet its all too easy to let the old habits creep back.
So I offer them a 6 months email support package, with ongoing specific advice, practical techniques to apply and tasty easy recipes to keep them on track. The monthly email ‘touch base’ works wonders for ongoing support.

Skype Consultations
Alternatively, I’m taking all of the work out of having to travel and can provide you with tailored advice from the comfort of your own home. I also tend to see clients from all over the world and can adapt my times to suit. I run 1 hour Skype food and health sessions where you receive tailored one on one nutrition advice completely suited to your diet and health needs.
All Skype sessions last 1 hour and the cost is €80.

Why come and see me?
I often find that the people that come to see me for food advice are a little stuck! They have been eating in a certain way for years and wish to change.
They are either not happy with how they are eating at the moment or they have been to their GP who has told them there is an area of their health that needs improving.
Through the one on one sessions, I can find out how food can help to alleviate these symptoms or improve a condition. Nutrition advice can help with a range of different health conditions but I tend to specialise in the following:

I run a 6 week cholesterol reduction programme that helps you reduce your cholesterol naturally through the foods your eat. People often get their cholesterol tested either after 6 weeks or 3 months and are amazed with the results.

Most people I see have difficulty regulating their blood sugar levels and feel tired all the time or are constantly craving sweet things. I work to decrease craving and fatigue with the added benefit of loosing weight.

I generally see people who are experiencing some level of digestive complaints, whether it be acid reflux, constipation, diarrhoea or bloating.

I introduce people to an anti-inflammatory diet, high in whole grains, fibre rich food and naturally anti-inflammatory ingredients helping them to alleviate symptoms of inflammation within the body.

Meal and menu design
I often find that people are simply looking for a meal plan to suit their individual health needs. Many clients have recently been diagnosed with coeliacs disease, or have found out they are intolerant to wheat, dairy or sugar and are struggling to eat and balanced healthy diet. I can design a range of recipes and meal to suit every health need.
My food and health expert sessions can teach you how to take the control of your eating habits and educates you about how nutrition, food and health are intertwined.
