Ease my Heart Burn Programme


I have created a 2 month programme specifically designed to help you reduce heart burn and your use of antacids. Your stomach won’t know itself!

Over the course of the two months I will:

Show you how diet and the food your eat can either make your heart burn worse or reduce the symptoms.

Educate you on which foods are well know to reduce heart burn.

Create a meal plan that includes a wide range of nutritious foods to help you reduce heart burn.

Design a plan that you can use again and again, so if flare ups happen in the future, you know exactly what to do to help yourself get better.

The the end of the two months your heart burn will have significantly reduced to no symptoms or more of an ‘occasional occurrence’.
